welcome to my food and fitness life

I have been inspired by my good friends Lori and Sara to start this blog devoted to health and wellness... more specifically FABULOUS FOOD and FUN FITNESS. I truly love food. I love making good food, I love eating good food and I love watching good food being made and eaten (thank-you food network). I also enjoy feeling good about myself so with all the eating I like to do I need to balance this with fun fitness activities. I plan on using this blog to log my own eating and exercise habits as well as posting fabulous recipes and ideas for fitness activities. I want to live a balanced life and have loads of fun while I do it!
