Day 6 - Reality Bites

I loved that movie when I was young and stupid however... I am going to use the name for my daily update for its pun "ish" quality.

Breakfast: smoothie with costco weighloss shake, frozen raspberries and flax seed. (yum my sister made this!)

Lunch: Left over creamy tomatoe pasta with freah peas and parmeasan cheese, did I mention this was made with whole wheat pasta (served on a salad plate...:)and a salad made with diced cucumber, red wine vinegar,and salt and pepper.

Snack: Fiber one granola bar and one mini chocolate donut (quarter size)

Dinner: Chicken salad made with chicken, grapes, celery, sour cream, mayo, onion powder, salt and pepper served on a dinner roll with baby greens and pistacios. Carrot sticks (again so Good!)

Dessert: Pistacio pudding salad made with instant pistacio pudding, pinapple juice, pinapple bites, mandarine orange slices, small colored marshmellows, and fresh whipped cream flavored with almond. Then we had sliced bananas on the side (if you put them in the salad its not good leftover)

96 oz of water!!!!!

Exercise: 20 minutes walking on the treadmill, free weights for upper body, 50 leg lifts with weights, 100 sit-ups, 15 push-ups!

Yum, way to go on all that exercise. I really need to do more weights and strengthening stuff. Your food sounds delicious!
