Up early
Drink a minimum of 8 8oz glasses of water
Be conscious of my serving sizes
Eat whole grains
Have 5 servings of veggies and 3 servings of fruit
Be present when I am eating
Pilate's leg & butt routine, 100 sit-ups and as many push-ups as I can muster! Wish me Luck!

I definitely wish you luck and I love your health blog. This is great! I think we are all going to learn a lot from each other and have fun in the process. Good luck with those hundred sit-ups---that is awesome! Love you!!!
