Up at 6:15 am
I drank only 4 8oz glasses of water (I need to carry a water bottle everywhere I go!)
I did have 3 diet pepsis
I was totally conscious of my serving sizes until about 9 pm
I was present when I ate up until about 9 pm
No exercise I got car sick and layed around all night eating as you will see...
Breakfast- Kashi seven grain puff cereal (1 cup) w/ soy milk and one banana
Lunch- 1/2 a ham and swiss sandwich made with whole grain bread, a cup of cantaloupe and 1/4 of a red pepper
Dinner- one slice pepperoni pizza, 5 carrot sticks (so much more flavorful than baby carrots), a cup of grapes
After Dinner Downfall- one maple cookie, 3 bite size almond cookies, one chocolate chip (not a typo I know but when I ate it it tasted like wax so I stopped), 1/2 cup of blue bell vanilla ice cream, one serving of chips
Well there you have it I did pretty great until evening... I think I will implement the no eating after 7 pm. I also did not have enough veggies so I need to do better there!

I'm sorry you got car sick, yuck. I bought one of those daily requirement water bottles (2.3 liters-it's huge) and that is helping me sooo much. I usually eat okay in the mornings, but then the late night muchies kick in. I need to do the no eating after 7pm, as well!
