Day Two- My Plans

Up early (for the weekend)
Drink a minimum of 8 8oz glasses of water
Be conscious of my serving sizes
Eat whole grains
Have 5 servings of veggies and 3 servings of fruit
Be present when I am eating
No eating after 7 pm
Pilate's leg & butt routine, 100 sit-ups and as many push-ups as I can muster! Wish me Luck!

I LOVE how you post your plans and then your reality. I think I need to be more specific about my goals and espcially more specific on how much I am eating. I've never measured my food, but it'd probably help me alot. You're awesome!

I agree with Sara---plans and reality are a great comparison. I think the no eating after 7 is a great idea and one that would help me a lot. Thinking about portions is key. Love you!

I remember on the diet how hard it was to not eat after 7, but it's funny how now that is when I take in all my calories for the day. I'm going to copy all you girls and make a fitness blog also. Thanks for all the good advise.

Hey on your next day plan be sure to write in "call Stacy back." Keeping up with friends is good for your health. But do it after 9pm because I am out of minutes!
