124.4 lbs...It's a Climb as Hannah Montana would say!

So what's up with the gaining...and gaining. Shaunna said she thinks it's because I started my training and you gain before you loose. That may be true but I also think I am putting too much in my mouth! Okay tomorrow I am going to bunker down. Recording what I am eating is an eye opening experience. I have been giving you the unedited version...no fudging but not necessarily no fudge. Yesterday I ate the following...
1 cup kashi summer berry granola with all bran and 1% milk
diet soda
2 chicken dumplings
3 pieces of sushi
diet soda
1 veggie enchilada
chips and salsa with Queso
refried beans and rice
2 diet sodas
1 cup strawberry cheesecake ice cream
2 Carmels

Well there it is and I did not exercise. I did take the dog for a walk. I did have 4, 17.9 oz water bottles so yeah me! I am posting this way late and I am done eating today but I am too tired to post what I ate so I will give you the update tomorrow when I weigh myself...be good!
