Reality Bites and apparently I do too...

Okay so this is what I ate yesterday...
Chocolate protein shake
diet soda
diet soda
2 chicken pot stickers
3 pieces of sushi
handful of grapes
chocolate chip cookie dough
5 chocolate chip cookies
left over enchiladas
1/4 cup beans and rice
handful of chips with salsa
diet soda
2 slices pistachio cranberry bread with butter
I did drink 3 water bottles (17.9 oz. each)

I am up to 124.6!!!!!I ran for 30 minutes (my training) outside and then I took the dog for a 15 min run/walk in the afternoon. Bla Bla Bla!!! I have had a wicked headache for the past several days every night and I think it is because of the caffeine. I know it is because of the caffeine. Last night I told Ryan I am done for good but I think old habits die hard and I know from experience that I need to do this slowly or else I will suffer more. My goal is to have just one today...before noon. I am also going to try something new. I am going to post all day...So when I eat it I will post it (unless I am out running errands) but I think I will do better it I am posting in "real time". My training pln calls for an easy walk today so the dog is going for a walk later. I am now going to post for today, Saturday August 29th!
