Up at 6:30 ouch...I weighed myself OUCH!!! not to metion my toenails need some attention :)
This is my training plan but just the bare bones. I plan to do a spin class now and then and also I plan to do some weight training days. I got this plan off the Jeff Galloway web site. I am doing the RUN/WAlK method.
This morning I took the dog for a 15 minute walk. I had a chocolate protein shake for breakfast and now I am off to the gym. I will keep you posted on what goes into my mouth. That is my biggest issue...more calories in than out :) Happy Healthy Living!

Yahooooo, you're back! I wish I could run that half with you, but no way I'd be ready by December. Hopefully, next year sometime...I really like your calendar, where did you get it? I'm finishing up my exercise calendar on Word, but I'd prefer something like that. Thanks for sharing your goals Miss Skinny Thing!
