This is what I ate today...

one slice leftover home made veggie and peperoni pizza

one large carmel brownie
3 Riesen candies
one small mint brownie
3 whole wheat rolls (made by my friend Christa) with butter
beef brisket (made by my friend William)

1 riesen candy
The trend of the day is CHOCOLATE! Is chocolate a food group? I made brownies for a party with our friends tonight and I ate my fair share. I did leave all the leftovers at my friend Jen's house...I know myself too well. Now for the 4 Riesens I will give you 4 reasons...
1. 3:00 nap or chocolate
2. today was laundry day
3. it was the first day of school
4. I had to get one out so I could get the spelling right for the first three...
I did go to the gym this morning. I ran 2.5 miles and did some abs.
So my day can be summed up this way Exercise + Chocolate = zero weightloss :(
