Reality Bites

The proof is in the pudding...and I didn't even eat any pudding yesterday :) It works!!!!!! So yesterday I was 124.6 and today I am 122.8! Wow! I was not expecting a loss like that. It makes me feel motivated to stick to this new way of eating. I wasn't hungry yesterday and I lost weight. My goal is to do the 6 week Abs diet challenge and hopefully be able to actually see my Abs by the end of it. I haven't seen those since my early 20s. I am really excited about this and I was satisfied yesterday. So this is what is going in my mouth today "real time"...

9 am breakfast - shake made with 1% milk, vanilla yogurt, chocolate protein powder, frozen raspberries, fresh spinach, rolled oats, and ice.

10:30 am snack - shake made with 1% milk, vanilla yogurt, frozen raspberries, two carrot slices and a tablespoon of fax seed. ( I am going to juice some carrots today because putting them in the blender whole doesn't work that well. I will freeze the juice in ice cube trays.)

Then I went to the gym and did upper body weights and abs for 45 minutes.
one water bottle

12: 45 pm lunch - 5 dragon roll slices, one slice Havarti cheese, vanilla yogurt and one nectarine. Diet Pepsi

3:20 pm snack - two snack rolls with spinach, Havarti and spicy mustard rolled in deli roast beef. A small bowl of vanilla yogurt, blueberries and almond slices. The perfect snack!
one water bottle

5:30 pm dinner - we went to pei wei. I had brown rice, some mongolian beef, and some sweet and sour chicken and veggies. I didn't over eat...I had just enough but I did feel tired when I was done. I am thinking too much sugar hidden in there.
one water bottle

8:45 snack - I made a shake with skim milk, one scoop chocolate protein powder, one tablespoon peanut butter, one tsp. flax seed, and ice. This was a yummy night time snack. Like a dessert really.

I think I did pretty good today. I enjoyed my food and I feel good. Good luck everyone with your health goals. Happy Healthy Living!

YEAH it is working!! I think you will really like this diet. I am glad you had such a great loss. I love the book and the train of thought. You know I need to stop thinking that HCG is an option because it isn't changing the way I eat. The weight it off only for a short time. I haven't had a shot since Sunday so maybe I am done for good.
