Okay so my blissful day of 122 something ended this morning with a 124.2! Oh well I feel great and a little fluctuation is okay as long as I am loosing fat overall. So this is what is going in my mouth today not so "real time"...
Breakfast 8 am - Shake made with skim milk, yogurt, chocolate protein powder, spinach, rolled oats, frozen raspberries and ice.
one bottle of water and I ran for 30 minutes at the gym
snack 10:30 am - a handful of cashews (I was at playgroup at the pool)
one bottle of water
lunch 12:30 pm - sandwich made with light mayo, spicy mustard, deli roast beef, Havarti cheese, spinach and tomatoes. Warm fresh frozen cherries and a dollop of fat free cool whip (I don't know why this is in my freezer I normally don't have cool whip...I prefer real whip cream but it was still Yum!) and a diet pepsi
snack 4:15 pm - Shake with skim milk, chocolate protein powder, yogurt, peanut butter, flax seed and ice
one bottle of water
dinner 6:30pm - left over Chinese from yesterday I was too lazy to cook...I always feel like this on the night Hendrix has scouts!
snack 9:00pm - Shake made with skim milk, ice, frozen raspberries, vanilla yogurt and carrot juice. This was really good!

I thought this sounded like the abs diet! did shaunna tell you about it? I used it to lose weight after e.
