Thanks girls!

Thanks for the advise and understanding. I need to figure out what my "time" is for bed and try to go to sleep at that time. I think that will be a major piece of the puzzle.

This weekend was pretty good. I ate fabulous food but I controlled my portions. The candy corn is all gone thanks to my kids so that helps not to have it around. I also think if I have a goal not to eat late at night that helps a lot too. I bet I consume half my calories for the day after 8pm...

Saturday I went to the gym and I ran for just 20 minutes and then I did arms and abs. I did this one exercise that I am feeling for sure. You take like a 20 pound hand weight and just hold it to your side and then you so side crunches...I don't know if that makes any sense but I usually do them with just a ten pound weight so I upped it... Yesterday I was holding Errson at church and I thought man why do my hips feel so sore? That is a problem area...you know the muffin top so I am hoping to get some good muscle tone there to replace the fat. On Tuesday I am going for a fitness assessment at the gym and they will check my body fat %...my goal is to figure out a way of becoming more tone.

Totally agree with the whole "you buy it, you eat it" thing. Mine this week was "if you take the extras from the branch bbq home" you're going to be eating chips ahoy for days! LOL! Not a laughing matter actually, but anyway, we're all learning!
