Okay so I woke up this morning and I felt insanely tired. I went to bed last night at 11:30 and I got up at 7? I guess it is that I haven't had good sleep in a while. I have a theory that because I drink caffeine I don't sleep well so I am tired and then I drink more caffeine the next day to cope with being tired. Anyway I need to figure out if I am ready to make the break again and really rid myself of this addiction. Now it is an addiction because I can't just have once once in a while... when I start drinking them I become crazed. I have 15 cans left (I just took an inventory)...so I think I am going to cut down and then cut out. I am going to try to have just two today and everyday for the next few days and then I will go down to one and then I am done. I am not going to buy anymore. I will need to cut out all soda because soda makes me crave caffeine.
I know get to the burning question, "What did the scale say this morning?" 124.2!!!!! Blah grrrr dang it! All right lets get serious. I only had 7 8oz of water yesterday and really I need some veggies. I finished the bag of reinsens so this is is I am going to rock it today. I am not going to the gym but I will take the dog for a walk later. I hope whoever is out there and reading this or not reading this going to have a Healthy Living Day!!!!

Yes, water is a big help and I never drink water! I know what you mean about the caffeine addiction and I hope you can kick it. I am nowhere near doing that, but I am going to try to add in some water. Report back soon on how you're doing. I'm "down" to 136---hoping to see 134 soon. Keep working on your health!
